Birthday party places on the Eastside for kids
A museum morning, a climbing wall, trampolines, or a picnic shelter you can reserve.
KidsQuest Children’s Museum at 1116 108th Ave NE hosts private parties, with a party room and time in the exhibits.
The Bellevue Indoor Climbing Wall is at South Bellevue Community Center, 14509 SE Newport Way. The city lists a climbing party for ages 6 and up, with staff to belay and a party space.
Elevated Sportz is a trampoline park at 18311 Bothell Everett Hwy in Bothell. Parties use the trampoline courts and a party room.
Park shelters are the outdoor option. Bellevue rents small private sites for birthdays and picnics, including shelters, and a request needs to be in at least 10 days ahead. Lewis Creek Park is one of the parks with shelters. Kirkland rents picnic shelters, including at Juanita Beach Park, and asks for at least 7 days’ notice. That same page lists Peter Kirk Pool as a facility you can reserve, with at least 14 days’ notice. Redmond rents picnic shelters from April through September, including at Grass Lawn Park, from 7 to 90 days ahead. Fees and the list of sites are on each city’s page.
